I have lots of love for my blog today. I always love my blog but I’ve been overwhelmed this week with the love and support and I think I’m having a bit of a moment. I regularly share my Penny’s Wedding adventures with you but I cannot express the endless wonderful opportunities I have experienced, for which I’ll always be very thankful.
One of the best perks about blogging is when amazing industry suppliers get in touch and tell me all about themselves. The Great British Florist is one of those amazing finds – thank you so much for sharing your amazing work with me. (Note: Pictures taken by moi and a photographer I am not…)
Yesterday, I received a gorgeous hand tied bridal bouquet, filled with Anemones, Ranunculas, Thistle, Corn, Solidago and Eucalyptus. The smell as I opened the box was absolutely incredible and the explosion of colour was immense. All the flowers are grown in the UK meaning they capture the true essence of the English Countryside. The bouquets are typically wrapped in hessian with vintage lace or ribbon to ensure your English theme is complete. I have a soft spot for purple and pink hues at the moment. I think they’re going to be a big summer colour as they’re easily incorporated into any wedding style, whether it is vintage, classic or fun.
Here at Penny’s Wedding we’re big fans of supporting British business and The Great British Florist is an exemplary example of the amazing things grown in the UK. Prices start at just £3 for dried flower confetti, £10 for button holes, £40 for posies and £55 for bridal bouquets. There really are no words to describe how highly I recommend The Great British Florist. I will most certainly be putting their number on my speed dial. Thank you so much!
